Job Description

As Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our day to day operations, under the mentorship of the Operations Lead. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, focused and able to demonstrate a proactive approach to work. This is a fixed-term role for 6 months, and 25 hours per week, under the Kickstart Scheme.

Expectations

Assisting with managing the day to day operations processes, including not not limited to:

• Onboarding new partner locations;
• Daily reporting activities and data input research;
• Demo/training for staff at partner locations & recruiting new users;
• Collecting feedback from customers on their user experience;
• Assisting with creating content for social media and newsletters.
